Furthermore, if you are opening a merchant account, Trail Software may also obtain information about you from third party sources, including, without limitation, consumer reporting agencies. As part of the Service, we may also collect donor information on behalf of your organization. Except as may be expressly set forth herein, we will not use any donor information collected on your behalf for any purpose other than to provide the Service.
